NEXT SCHOOL YEAR CHECK LIST AND INSTRUCTIONS

To complete the registration process for next year, all of the necessary steps and links are provided in this section of the website.  Here is a list of things to do and the links to get there:

MANDATORY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • STUDENTS: Submit Year-long Elective Course Interests survey  
    • If you do not complete this form, the school will pick both of your elective classes for you.
    • View the ALL Elective Options Google slideshow.
    • Link to the Year-long Electives Interests webpage & survey here.
  • PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Complete the CNUSD Online Re-enrollment for every student through Parent Connect .
    • Parents must complete ALL sections of the process online (personal computer recommended).
    • Access your Parent Connect through your school website or through the myCNUSD link at the top center of all district sites. (1st time users, contact your school office)
    • Parent registration period opens March 1 - June 3
  • PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Submit up-to-date immunization records for 7th grade entry ONLY (STATE UPDATE PENDING)
    • Please view the NEW immunization requirements under the "Mandatory Registration Requirements/Immunization Requirements" page/tab.
    • Submit the immunization record to your elementary school before the end of the school year.
    • Citrus Hills summer office hours will be posted later.

OPTIONAL:

  • STUDENTS will make selections with parent participation.
  • The Course REQUESTS page is found on the Student Profile tabs on Student Connect
  • Students must have logged into StudentConnect on a school computer at least once this school year.
  • If a student has NO desire for Pre-AP classes, then this step should be skipped. (Regular curriculum is the default)

  • Each class or program has separate application, or audition requirements to help select students who are a best fit for the class.
  • These classes have limited space and only interested students should proceed with this process.
  • STEP 1: The Advanced ELECTIVE REGISTRATION form gathers information from all students who apply and is used in a variety of ways and must accompany your application(s).  However, this is not the actual application.
  • STEP 2: Each application has separate links found on the Advanced Electives Opportunities page following the Elective Registration form.
